A ritual bath is a moment to pause, release tension, and restore balance, a meeting between your body, intention, and nature.
How to practice
1. Herbal Bath (neck down)
Heat approx. 2 L of water. Place the herbal pouch inside and let it steep for 10–15 minutes until the scent opens naturally. When the temperature is comfortable, pour the infusion slowly from your neck down to your feet. Breathe deeply and focus on what you wish to let go. Do not rinse, allow the herbs to dry on your skin naturally.
2. Foot Soak
Fill a bowl with warm water, add the herbal pouch and the crystal included in your kit. Place your feet inside and remain still for a few minutes. Let warmth and aroma relax your body and calm your thoughts.
Both forms connect you to the element of Water, cleansing emotions, releasing stress, and restoring inner harmony.
